ModelCentro provides you the opportunity to create your own business, however, this also comes with the responsibilities and costs of ownership. The partnership between you, the model, and us, the technology platform, comes with a highly competitive revshare percentage that reflects the premise that this is your own personal business.  In order to create a constructive business relationship between our two parties, we have laid out the terms of transaction costs along with corresponding fees within our agreement.

MC receives 22.5% of the total transaction, and that is invested in many different ways, including development and site maintenance.  This business model is designed to give you the highest percentage possible, while other business models tend to cover these related incidentals while paying for these expenses with higher percentages.  

As stated in our Terms & Conditions, ModelCentro covers only chargebacks which can be proven to be caused by technical issues. A number of security checks are done by the billing company to ensure that the transactions are legitimate (identity, location, etc.). When a chargeback does happen, chargeback fees are covered by the billing company, which are sometimes higher than the original amount, and the amount deducted.  This cost is not put back on you, as per the agreements we have with the billing company.

Chargebacks have long been a bane of the online world, and especially the adult industry. Members may contact their bank and state they do not recognize the charge for the bank to fill in the chargeback without any additional questions. Now our industries are more accepted, however, we still have situations like this, when a person managed to claim fraud on what would otherwise be a legitimate sale.  

The other problem is these chargebacks can be held for six to twelve months, meaning we will only be notified either one at a time or a bulk notification at the end of the holding period.  All companies suffer from this reality, but luckily it is improving.  Other industries are also expanding to cover this market need, by way of collection agencies who will attempt to collect the funds directly, as well as provide data to banks in efforts to prove the transactions as legitimate.

You can select from Paxum, Check, Wire,  ACH (for the USA only) or SEPA (for Europe) payout methods.

You will receive payments weekly every Tuesday (except on major holidays, when payments are made the following business day), beginning the 3rd week after your registration (if your income meets the minimum payout requirements for your selected payment method). A two-week hold is required by payment processors in order to have a reserve for covering any chargebacks and justified refunds from your members that may occur.​

You can set it yourself. But please keep in mind that different systems have their own minimums:

Minimum system payout for Check is $100

Minimum system payout for Wire is $1250

Minimum system payout for Paxum is $50 

Minimum system payout for ACH is $100

Minimum system payout for SEPA is $290

Although chargebacks are a really rare occasion on ModelCentro, they do sometimes happen and in this case here are the rules that apply.

ModelCentro will cover bank fees associated with the chargeback and not transfer any of those costs to the model.

MC will cover the amount of the chargeback if all of the following circumstances apply:

1. The cause of the chargeback is a technical problem which is MC responsibility;

2. The chargeback was made by a registered member on the website (payments charged back by free members will not be covered).

In any case, we will pursue and try to collect each chargeback.  Any amount we are able to return will be added to the model's account and subject to the standard Model/MC revenue share.

It’s totally free. ModelCentro doesn’t charge any setup, support or upgrade fees. Our fee is based on a revenue share model. In essence, we don’t make money unless you do, so we are highly motivated to make your website successful. More details can be found in our Pricing section.

There are absolutely no hidden charges or obligations, no monthly fees either. ModelCentro service charges are  based on a revenue share model - that means you pay only a commission deducted as a percentage from your site revenue. As for obligations - you are free to close your site at any time and stop getting new members. The only obligation you will have is the obligation to your fans who already subscribed. Upon closing down your site you will still need to provide site access and site materials to existing members until their subscription period ends in order to avoid chargebacks and money loss.

You are completely free to work with any other platform or site. We are committed to your success, and confident that you will want to work with us.

No you are not.  All we ask is that you follow our terms of service.

You retain complete ownership over your content and stage name. Under no circumstances will ModelCentro claim any rights to any materials you’ve uploaded to the system.

No problem, as long as all active users have expired or refunded their membership fees for the month. Otherwise all active members will need to retain their access to the site and your materials until expired in order to avoid chargebacks and money loss. At first request we will close down your site from any new visitors and registrations.

Advertising done by an affiliate can consist of an array of marketing such as: 
• Banner and text link advertisements that are placed on their own website(s) or resources that they have access to
•Submissions and promotions through social networking resources such as Twitter and Facebook
• Creative writing and posting on blogs that are of relevant nature to your website
• Using images and videos (which you allow them to use) in different ways to provoke potential members` interest.

All photos and videos will have specific codes to help keep track of each sale.​
 

An affiliate program is an advertising/marketing system where someone other than yourself can promote your website and receive a commission for any sales generated through their marketing efforts. The individuals who do such advertising and marketing are called “Affiliates”.

When a potential member clicks on a link or advertisement (which promotes your website externally elsewhere except on your free tour) that was placed by an affiliate, that transaction is tracked through the affiliate code attached to the external link or banner add. If the sale takes place, the affiliate software identifies the transaction, and the affiliate who brought this member gets the commission from the sale.

Think of it like this:
• Someone walks into a department store to purchase a new fragrance
• They’re the potential “paying member”
• They’re approached upon arrival by a sales person
• The sales person would be considered the “affiliate” as they get rewarded with a commission on whatever sale is made but they themselves do not own the company that they are promoting to you.

You don’t even need to purchase a domain to get started, as ModelCentro provides you with an ability to get a free domain for 1 year, or point your own domain if you have one!

ModelCentro provides extended geo management controls, providing you with ability to hide your site from defined countries, regions, cities and even IP addresses. Visitors from restricted areas won’t see your site, but will be redirected to an external search engine instead. Also you can whitelist exceptions from geo blocking - allowing those visitors to access your fan club from anywhere.

Absolutely. Free, unlimited webcam broadcasts are built right in. You can schedule live shows beforehand - so your fans will see a countdown giving them some urgency to join. 

During a live show you will be able to see who’s online, participate in fan chat or just read messages and reply with your voice. Each live show will be recorded and you can choose to publish it on your site afterwards. Private live shows and tips are coming soon - for now all live shows are free for all members with paid subscription.
